Staff needs comfortable seating

This applies to you as the boss or manager as well so that you are not suffering from any back problems that will cause you to not be able to do your job properly. If your staff members are constantly shifting in their chairs because they are uncomfortable, output will suffer as a direct result.
Invest in standing desks
Once you have bought the right kind of chairs, you should also give your staff the option of being able to stand up to do their jobs every single day. Looking at a computer can take its toll on your neck and back, so providing your staff members with a standing desk which leads to better posture will create a more efficient workplace.
Find the right temperature
There have been many studies telling us that the temperature inside a room and what is comfortable, is different for men and women. If you have a mixed workforce then it is your job to figure out what temperature is comfortable for things like heating and air conditioning. If you are able to cater to everyone’s preferences then this will translate into a much more comfortable place to work and people will be a lot happier as a direct result.
It is also important to provide lots of natural light, so whenever possible allow the light from the outside to shine into the building. Invest in some plants for the inside and when it comes to decorating, try to keep things simple.
